    Kenoll is recognised for his knowledge and innovation in providing solutions to governments and companies across a variety of critical industries.

  • Dr Cameron Ritchie

    Chief Technology Officer

    R&D scientist with over 9 years of experience in the chemical, materials, and renewables sectors. 2 years as a laboratory manager for an ARC Centre of Excellence, 3 years as CTO for a transformative printed solar energy start-up, and over 11 years experience in data analytics programming in the FinTech & Science sectors.

    Dr Ritchie has a passion for driving emerging technologies focused on generating, storing, and converting energy to create impactful commercial outcomes.

    Chief Financial Officer

    Andrew Jans is a CPA with a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting, Economics and Finance) from Deakin University, bringing over 35 years of senior financial and executive leadership experience across a diverse range of industries. Andrew has held CFO, General Manager, and Director roles spanning legal practice management, manufacturing, indigenous education, and agribusiness, including leading the sale of an infant formula business to a Hong Kong-listed company. His broad expertise encompasses financial control, contract management, corporate governance, HR, and strategic advisory — making him a highly versatile and commercially astute operator.

  • Dr Cleveland Jones

    Chief Corporate Advisor

    International oil and resource industry consultant and researcher at the National Institute of Oil and Gas (CNPq/Brazil). Dr. Jones has led major environmental restoration projects, founded biotech firms, and authored influential papers on Brazil’s presalt oil potential. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, he continues to publish widely on energy geopolitics, innovative petroleum technologies, and sustainable environmental solutions.
